RETURN POLICY:

We understand ordering from a catalog or on-line can cause some concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will authorize the return and will gladly exchange the item for another, issue a refund check (if paid by check or money order), issue a merchandise coupon to be used toward a future order, or credit your credit card for the purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping. There will be no refunds or exchanges after the 30 days.

When returning merchandise, please do the following:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
• Enclose a copy of the sales receipt.
• Enclose a copy of your credit card receipt (if paid by credit card.)
• Enclose a note explaining the reason for the return, and your instructions for replacement, refund check (if paid by check), merchandise coupon,or credit to your credit card.
• Use a suitable container (shoes, for example, should be in their box and then placed in another box, perhaps the box we used to ship them to you.)
